Neck Deep Tattoo Openings
Neck Deep Tattoo will be expanding our tattoo shop later in 2023 and we looking for new members of our crew that will be a good fit. We are interviewing experienced tattoo artists and apprentices who would like to join our growing crew and shop.
The tattoo artists and apprentices in our shop use Cheyenne tattoo machines and the shop provides all needles, ink, and other tattoo supplies. Artists and Apprentices only need to provide their own machine, clip cord, and power supply.
Neck Deep Tattoo has an excellent reputation for providing awesome tattoos and having a chill atmosphere. We have a talented crew of male and female tattoo artists and apprentices as well as a client experience manager that helps to make sure everything runs smoothly. We treat each other respectfully, like an Ohana. We have a 0 tolerance policy for drama, bullying and hazing.
EXPERIENCED TATTOO ARTISTS need to have a physical or digital portfolio of examples of their tattoo, they must have existing clientele, and be willing to to use social media to promote their tattoos and attract new clients. A positive attitude and ability to hustle to get new clients to keep a filled schedule is required.
TATTOO APPRENTICE CANDIDATES need to have examples of their art skills in a physical or digital portfolio. No prior tattoo experience required, training will be provided. Apprentices will be required to get a Hawaii Tattoo License upon accepting the Apprenticeship. They will need to have people willing to be tattooed since Apprentices will begin learning tattoo skills and tattooing as soon as the tattoo license comes in. Apprentices must have a strong art skills, a positive attitude and be able to take constructive criticism.
