Neck Deep Tattoo is available to be rented out for private events with 13 or less adults (18 years and older) which includes private use of facility and 2 tattoo artists to tattoo attendees during the party! BYO food and beverages.
Lucky Thirteen Private Tattoo Events are $300 for first hour, $200 each additional hour.
Piercing services can also be arranged for private parties at an additional $200 per hour for piercings.

During TIER 1 of Hawaii COVID QUARANTINE RULES we are closed.
During TIER 2 of Hawaii COVID QUARANTINE RULES by Appointment only.
During TIER 3 and TIER 4 Hawaii COVID QUARANTINE RULES by Appointment or Walk-in during the following hours:

♦️1pm-8pm Fridays & Saturdays
♦️Mondays & Tuesdays by appointment only.
Nose and mouth cover required for entry.
